The Consequences Of Data Loss

drives.jpgSince it’s Musformation’s Data Loss Prevention Week we should mention why we are taking this Data loss thing so seriously. The consequences of Data loss are many:
1. The band no longer trusts you and will probably never record with you again.
2. You will have to re-record what you already did with a band that is unhappy you wasted their time as well as one member will inevitably say what you originally did was better even if it is far superior.
3. You lose time, money, and you could be recording other bands.
4. Bands love to tell everyone when this happens so your reputation as a Producer will be extremely tarnished.
