Bandcamp’s blog has up a wonderful interview on the release of NPR rockers Sufjan Steven’s latest release. One of the more interesting points in this great interview was a strategy we touched upon in our our story on Man Overboard’s recent record leak. They released the record on Bandcamp before iTunes in order to get email addresses and higher profits from Bandcamp. Check out the full interview here.
