A free set of 23 different effects, Spectral by Soundmagic is definitely worth checking out (especially being that it’s a free download). I’ve used a number of these and although the interfaces are kind of stale and drab, in a pragmatic sense, you may find some good use for these. Some of the effects include: Averaging, Bin Shift, Gate and Hold, Granulation, Pitch Shift and more. Another downside is that there aren’t a lot of presets so you’ll have to really dive in and learn how to use the plugs yourself (which may turn into a good thing once you get the hang of it). You’ll find some plugins here that will give you a very cinematic or atmospheric sound. There are some sonic demos you can check out here and you’ll find the download link there as well.
