Another big waste of time in the studio is the hours it can take to change, stretch and then tune your drums. If you are a drummer who knows how to do takes on these tasks properly, you can save yourself both time and money. Just be sure to talk to your engineer about it, since some engineers wants to take care of this themselves to ensure there are no problems along the way.
