Mike Walters is a NYC electronics hobbyist who builds some insane instruments and does some amazing circuit bending. His incredible Melloman won Keyboard Magazine’s Keyboard of the Month a few years back and one of his stranger instruments, the Penatron is currently used by Devo’s Mark Mothersbaugh.
