In Tony Hseih’s book Delivery Happiness, he talks about “random acts of wow,” which for his company Zappos, it meant surprising customers with faster shipping and other exceptional moments in customer service. As the music business today is built on fan relationships, this becomes more and more important for musicians to understand.
