One of the cooler things that is happening in today’s blogosphere, is there are countless video blogs popping up everywhere. These blogs do everything from a talk show format on to just posting bands performing in a certain setting. The great appeal for pitching these blogs is they have a built in audience who already enjoys the format and trust the curator. This can be a great opportunity to spread the word about your music. Some of the cooler ones I have seen lately are Nervous Energies (with the above video of the always awesome The Menzingers) and The Waiting Room. Do some investigating and odds are there is a video blog waiting for your style of music rising up in your scene.
