Bandcamp Makes Supporting Music Social And Enables Following

For years many music fans and musicians alike have hoped that Bandcamp’s smart ways would fill the void MySpace’s demise created and bring a social experience for music fans as well as a clean way for musicians to talk directly to their fans. Well, that day is upon us. Bandcamp has now enabled fan pages where fans can show off the music they support as well as showing friends what they should be listening to. If that weren’t enough there is wish lists so fans can show off what they want to have. But what may be the key feature to this update is the ability to follow musicians and get updated whenever they add something new to Bandcamp. This feature is a huge step in being able to keep up with your favorite musicians and never miss when they do something new. Very exciting!
