A Book That Takes 4 Hours To Read That Can Help Your Lyric Writing Immensely

Over the weekend I saw a copy of a book laying around a friends house that had a title that intrigued me, Writing Better Lyrics by Pat Pattison. After seeing the dated graphic design on the cover I opened it with a very biased eye-roll and figured I was going to get another dose of the usual obvious information with reprints of all the stupid articles you have seen in the print magazines for the past decade or two. Instead, I was treated to great, well written ideas that discussed concepts I had never read before that were articulated perfectly. After hearing my friend endorse it strongly I gave it a good read and sure enough in four hours time I learned some amazing skills about how to write better lyrics and help the bands I record with their lyrics. If you think your lyric writing skills can use a tweak drop $15 bucks on this awesome read.
