With all of eMusic's recent foul up's -
including the whole Sony sign up price raise PR retardation - you have to wonder if the management has a golden parachute for being intentionally fired? The newest awesome PR move the people running this ship have made is disabling the ability to download music that has already been purchased.
TechDirt has the dirt:
"In all the fuss over eMusic's poorly managed plan to sign Sony Music and raise prices
at the same time, the company apparently also was able to sneak through
another anti-customer move. For years, as an eMusic customer, you were
able to go back and access songs you'd previously downloaded."
