1. What are your tracking philosophies as far as processing now or later, explain however you’d like to take that?
I process at the end of recording or after lead vocals are recorded.

2. What is a Song Dealbreaker for you? AKA something in a song that will make it so you cannot listen to it?
Bad lyrics

3. What is the best tip you could give about recording Guitar?

Make
sure that your eqiupment is set up for recording, strings, intonation,
speakers, tubes, cables, mics all have to be checked so that they work.
Mic placement is always key.

4. What is the best tip you could give about recording Bass?

Intonation, correct strings, and a good compressor.

5. What is the best tip you could give about recording Drums?

To always tune the drums and have the right heads on.

6. What is the best tip you could give about recording Vocals?
If you have to drastically tune a singer, then you should both be shot.

7. What is the best tip you could give about Mixing?
Always compare your mix to other competitive mixes. The A/B method works.

8. What is your favorite new recording tool?
A computer.

9. What is an unappreciated recording tool?
A recording console.

10. Favorite Plug-in?
Amplitude.
